Imelda Siegelson

Imelda Siegelson is the Lead Industrial Engineer at the GM Spring Hill Manufacturing plant.    She brings extensive launch experience as well as Planning, Business Manager, Core Team Group Leader, Lead Industrial Engineer, GMS Lead and Area Industrial Engineer for various manufacturing departments.  She has 21 years of service with General Motors having worked in Shreveport, LA prior to relocating to Tennessee.

In 2011, she was recognized by the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce with their 40 under 40 Award for her vision, innovation, leadership and community involvement.  She was recognized by the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility in 2015 as a Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever.  She is a member of The Association of Junior Leagues International, Prospanica, GM Latino Network and GM Women ERG’s.  She has been recognized by the Junior League as the 2006-2007 Volunteer of the Year and has previously twice served on the board and executive committees.  

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and a MBA from Centenary College of Louisiana.  She currently lives in Franklin, TN with her two children and her husband.
